NSFW Lover offers top-notch realistic AI girlfriend variety and complexity. It has a ton of user created characters that cater to everyone. The character creator works well if you follow the format.
The chats feel natural most of the time. Some bots feel repetitive if you don’t lead the roleplay carefully. The main downside is that there is no on-platform image generation that I could find.
Memberships cost $29.99 a month, and unfortunately NSFW Lover has no mobile app.
Candy AI

Candy AI offers fun and natural chats with realistic AI girlfriends that have unique personalities. The NSFW image generation is one of the best that I’ve tested as well.
The free trial is too limited to get a good feel for the platform, and the chats can sometimes feel a bit dry and unengaging. It also doesn’t have a mobile app.
Membership to Candy AI costs $12.99 a month, $29.97 for three months, and $71.88 for a year.
Erogen
Rating:7.5/10
Erogen features a huge selection of user-made realistic AI girlfriends. It offers a better free user experience than any platform on this list.
The interface is very user friendly and well organized too. The chats feel real and flow really well if lead carefully.
Some of the bots in the “realistic” category aren’t very engaging. With all of the bots being user made, it may be hard to find a bot that suits you. If there were a mobile app then it would be number one on the list.
Membership costs $15 a month for silver tier and $35 a month for platinum tier.
Dream GF
Rating: 5/10
Dream GF has a well designed realistic AI girlfriend builder and a unique variety of bots. The roleplay can be very immersive if carefully led.
Unfortunately, the AI girlfriend builder is only available for paid members. The bots I tested were also purely reactive making it feel like a one sided conversation.
Memberships cost $12.99 a month, $29.97 for three months, or $69.99 a year. With no mobile app it’s kind of a let down.
Soul Gen
Rating: 4/10
Soulgen provides engaging roleplay with a wide variety of realistic AI girlfriends to choose from. Members can create their own characters and it has a nice voice calling feature.
The free trial doesn’t give you access to member features and is far too short. The character creator lacks depth and even SFW images can’t be “unblurred” without paying for the service. Even with a membership you’ll still likely have to buy credits if you use it more than casually.
For $12.99 a month, or $90.99 a year, you can try out the platform. There’s also a well made Android and IOS app.
